Our staff members are Action’s most important molding department asset. With years of experience & hands on time spent molding some of the most difficult resins offered in the industry.

We provide our molding team with injection presses that range from 22 ton to 220 ton. Our equipment has been modified to accept and successfully mold resins requiring barrel temperatures of over 700 degrees, mold surface temperatures of 400 degrees, and have the ability to properly deliver .500 long carbon or glass fibers into the cavity area without degradation. Each press is supported with it’s own dryer and delivery system, mold temperature control components, and computer controlled processing system. We don’t skimp on the support equipment nor do we settle for a machine that can’t deliver 100% of the requirements of your selected resin. We use only hot oil or hot water circulating systems to insure the constant and repeatable cycle time needed to insure accurate parts.

No heater rods or alternative shortcuts are used to achieve the required mold temperature. Our years of work for the fire fighting, hazardous breathing, defense, aerospace, computer, Dental, Construction, R/C Toy, and fiber optic industries has required us to keep our injection presses and all our support equipment in top condition and accurately maintained.

Our support staff is included in the initial design phase of your project and is consulted often along the way to the completetion of your tool. No one knows more about how a resin will perform at the injection press than the people on our shop floor. No one!
