Through the use of a high speed Internet connection we can receive your latest prints and transmit them internally for quick evaluation.

Once we’ve helped you establish your final design, we’ll then take advantage of the electronic files to create your tool design, cutter paths, and final tooling.

Modification to existing parts and their impact on existing tooling can be quickly evaluated and cost determined through the use of solid model overlays and file comparisons.

Our tooling department is supported with craftsman who have over 100 years of combined experience in the building of molds for the plastics industry.  We are well versed in the latest approaches to building molds efficiently and on time.  We utilize high speed HASS CNC machning centers, Hansvedt EDMs, Bridgeport mills, and support our team with our own in house micro welding operation.  We are an approved NTMA apprentice Training Facility.
