Our design team is knowledgeable and experienced in all areas of ultra high performance grade, engineering grade, and commodity grade resins.  In addition Celestran TPU’s, Nylon, Polycarbonate, Polyester, ABS and APS-PC Blends are common resins which we work with on a daily basis.  

 

We routinely work with our customers to develop working components that maximize the potential of their selected resins and minimize part cost.  Together with our project engineers, we would formulate tooling strategies and produce production parts requiring PEEK, Radel, Udel, Amodel, Ultem and Thermocomp.  Many with modifiers such as Carbon, Glass, Stainless Steel, Brass, Iron Oxide and Flame Retardants.

 

Our understanding of the correct mold design needed to support your material selection and tolerance requirements allows helping you build the right tool for the job.  Selecting the proper quality protocol, gating, runner systems, cavitations, steel, ejection, mold temperature control system and injection press are the first steps we take when helping you build and design a successful part.
