Our molding department consists of well maintained boy and Toshiba injection press ranging from 22 to 220 tons with shot capacity ranging

from 3 grams to 16 ounces.  Each press is supported with it’s own auxiliary equipment including computer controlled dryers, vacuum loaders, hot oil thermalators, hot water thermalators, chillers and robotic part pickers.

At Action Mold, we integrate our molding departments expertise into your design phase to enhance and insure that your part molds properly and that your resin produces the maximum benefits.

Action Mold’s engineering department is supported by GibbsCAM 3D and Solidworks 3D Design software so that we can aid you in the design and development of you most difficult project.

With our ability to import either your 2D or 3D designs over the internet or via disc, we achieve the highest degree of accuracy and the fastest possible development time.
